Client Objective

Werschay has been a prominent name among the residential building community for years. In fact, they’ve been named “Best of Houzz” for nine years running for their award-winning home designs and exquisite homes. During a time of massive housing demand (2020-2021), they came to us with their vision for promoting a brand new development near Blackberry Ridge in Sartell, Minnesota.

Solution

Though Werschay is widely known, we worked together to develop a strategy that would put the brand of the new development front and center for all marketing material. “The Gates at Blackberry” was then promoted during the 2021 CMBA Spring Tour of Homes as something that was being built, not as something to visit. We developed a unique three-page spread in the Tour of Homes publication, and layered that look into their development website, signage, and more to come—all to let people know there’s a new place to build with a beautiful golf course view.
